Small Business Spotlight
Meet the people behind the businesses that help make Middle Tennessee work.
Small Business Spotlight shares the stories, lessons, challenges, and hard-earned wisdom of localowners and entrepreneurs.
More Than a Business Profile
These stories are not commercials. The goal is to understand the person behind the company and learn something useful from the road they traveled to get there.
We talk about why they started, what went wrong, what worked, how they lead, what they would do differently, and what they have learned about serving customers and building a business.
Why Local Stories Matter
Some of the best business knowledge in Middle Tennessee already exists inside local companies. Small Business Spotlight helps bring those lessons into the open so other owners and future leaders can learn from them.
